Commercial & Office Window Tinting
Window tinting for offices, storefronts and commercial buildings.
EHCO tints commercial glass across Northwest Arkansas to cut glare and heat without giving up daylight or the view. We install on-site and schedule the work around your business.
The Problem
What the sun does to a workspace.
Big windows are part of why you took the space. In summer they can also make the brightest rooms the hardest ones to work in.
- Glare on screens
- By early afternoon the monitors near the windows are hard to read, so the blinds come down and the daylight goes to waste.
- Hot conference rooms
- Glass-walled meeting rooms warm up faster than the HVAC can keep up with, especially through the afternoon.
- Storefront fade
- Direct sun fades displays, signage, flooring and any stock sitting near the window.
- West walls of glass
- West-facing glass takes the hardest sun late in the day. The rooms behind it run hotter than the rest of the floor no matter where the thermostat is set.
Who Calls
Storefronts, offices and whole buildings.
Office and storefront tinting is a core EHCO service. The same standard that goes into a vehicle install goes onto commercial glass: clean prep, precise cuts, edges that line up, and film that looks like it came with the building.
Every quote starts with a look at the actual glass. We check the windows, the exposure and the access, then recommend a film that fits, whether you own one storefront or manage the whole property.

What Film Does
Comfort without losing the daylight.
Commercial film keeps rooms bright while cutting the heat and glare that come with big glass.
EHCO installs ceramic window film that reduces heat, glare and UV exposure, covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the film manufacturer. In a workspace, that does a few specific things:
- Blinds stay up and screens stay readable, without losing daylight or the view
- More even temperatures from room to room, with less afternoon strain on the cooling
- Fade protection for interiors, displays and merchandise near the glass
- A clean, uniform look from the street, with one consistent finish across every pane
Film handles what comes through the glass. For rooms that need adjustable or full coverage, like privacy on demand or a space that has to go dark, EHCO also builds custom interior and exterior window shades.
How It Works
Installed at your building, around your business.
Commercial work is on-site by nature. Call us, we'll set up a time to look at the glass, and we'll schedule the install around your operation.
-
Tell us about the space
Office suite, storefront, conference glass or a whole elevation: call (580) 827-0077 and tell us what the sun is doing to it.
-
A look at the glass, then a quote
We come out, look at the windows, the exposure and the access, then recommend a film and put a number on the job.
-
Scheduled around the business
Tell us what matters when you book: customer traffic, meeting-heavy days, rooms that can't be blocked off. We'll work the schedule around it.
-
A clean finish and simple aftercare
We prep the glass, lay the film and finish the edges, then leave you plain aftercare guidance for the film while it cures.
Common Questions
Questions we hear from offices and storefronts.
How disruptive is the installation?
Less than most trades. Film work is quiet, with no demolition or heavy equipment, and it moves one room at a time so the rest of the space stays usable. We work out the schedule around your business when you book.
Can you frost a conference room for privacy?
Frosted and decorative films are a common way to give glass-walled offices and conference rooms privacy without curtains or construction. Light still comes through, but people can't see in. The right choice depends on your glass and the look you want, so tell us what you're trying to do when you call and we'll confirm the options.
Will tint make the office dark?
No. Commercial film is chosen for glare and heat control at light levels people can comfortably work in, so the rooms stay bright. If a space genuinely needs to go dark, like a training room or a screen wall, that's usually a job for shades.
What does commercial tinting cost?
Every job is quoted individually. Cost depends on square footage, the film you choose and access; first-floor storefront glass is a different job than interior conference walls or second-story exteriors. Call and we'll set up a time to see the space, then quote it. Request a quote to start.
